Rebeca is a Costa Rican citizen and has grown up in the busy city of San Jose. In 1998 Rebeca received an Economic degree from the University of Costa Rica, in 2001 she received a Licenciatura Environmental issues in Economics. From 1998 to 2001 Rebeca worked for Inter Inter-American Institute of cooperation on agriculture (IIca) as an economist. In 2001 Rebeca married Scott and moved to Minnesota where she studied for her Masters in Economics. During the 10 years she lived in Minnesota she worked for a company Called Computype as an account manager.
Scott was born and raised in Minnesota where he learned how to survive the brutal winters! He served in the Air Force Reserves from 1984 to 2011. During this time he also was a license Realtor specializing in helping Guard and Reserve members purchase homes in Minnesota. Scott facilitated home buyers seminars for military members' and showing them the benefits of using their VA home loans.
After 2001 Scott was primarily on active duty, in his last two years of his duty he was posted at the U.S. Embassy in Paraguay as an Operations NCOIC.
After Retiring from the Air Force Scott and Rebeca moved back to Costa Rica for family reasons, they joined Coldwell Banker in December of 2010. They live in Tres Rios Cartago and have become specialized in the Central Valley market.
