Monarch Resort Grand Opening!

This Saturday 18th, August Coldwell Banker Coast to Coast Properties celebrated the Phase II Premiere Opening of the Monarch Resort Condo/Hotel. This quiet and relaxing project is nestled in the pristine hillside of Playa Panama, surrounded by the natural scenic beauty of the Costa Rican forest and overlooking the Papagayo Bay.

Monarch View

The activity was a full success! Starting with a free seminar on “Maritime/Concession regulations” imparted by the renowned lawyer and professor of the UCR Law School Andres Montejo, awaked the interest of all the participants and kept them on the edge of their sits.  To complement the seminar a Grand Tour of the property was in order.

Tour of the villa

This innovative project features 32 condo units in phase I and 2 spacious, rustic style, villas. Phase II will increase the units by 9 more buildings! Not mentioning “El Pueblito”, a commercial village that will provide the owners with all the comfort and services of the city that they might need while enjoying a retreat in nature.

Once the tour was finished, we came back to the oasis at the on site Restaurant, Papillion, for refreshments and a complimentary brunch. Although it is a Peruvian food restaurant, the exquisite Costa Rican dish served and the tropical fruit refreshments were a nice touch to an already fascinating event. Not only the food but the company was pleasant and the rest of the day went very smooth, leaving a feeling of satisfaction and friendship among the concurrences.
