Baby Boomers have been really big news regarding the growing real estate business in the USA in the last 10 years, but recently the tendencies on the market have been changing and baby boomers have been moving towards new opportunities and buying abroad.

But why are they immigrating to other countries? CNBC News invited a couple of experts regarding this issue.

Prices in the U.S. have increased in a great percentage which, for sure, is one of the reasons for this occurrence. Latin and Central America have become the biggest target for Baby Boomers. CNBC mentions Costa Rica, Panama and Mexico, among other countries on the area, as some of the main destinations.

Three important reasons surfaced the interview, the 3 big L's; Location, gathering Sun, Beach and Water all at the same time. Lifestyle, not for the fainted heart, and last but not least, Low prices which has become the BIGGEST reason.
