El Nido is a new 4-bedroom, 3 baths two-story house designed to sleep 9 people comfortably. There are two Master bedrooms on the second level, each with a king-size bed and full bath. The downstairs has two bedrooms one with 2 single beds and one with double lower bed and upper single These two bedrooms have a connecting bath. The fully equipped kitchen/living area is an open floor plan. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and there is a separate washer and dryer room on the first floor. There is also a media/game room with a TV. The house has AC in all the bedrooms and media rooms and Wi-Fi throughout. The outdoor area has a pool, jacuzzi, secure surfboard rack, shower, and is completely fenced and gated. The house also includes a whole house water filtration system and back up water cistern.

There is a state-of-the-art security system with motion sensors door and door contacts. A guard will be on the premises between the hours of 5 pm – 10 pm (which is complementarily included in your rental fee). The guard will stay until your return, however, any additional time past 10 pm will be billed at @ $10 per hour.

Additionally, there is a 6-passenger golf cart that may be rented for $200 per week. The payment for the cart will be paid in cash on arrival. Please let us know prior to arrival if you would like to reserve the cart for your stay at El Nido.
