For years and years for other then surfers Playa Negra has been basically an off the beaten path location As a consequence of the famous phrase "bad roads bring good people" an amazing community has grown here. Fast forward from the nearly 25 years ago when I first came here and now you have the easy life in Playa Negra. There is 200mb fiber optic internet, public water, telephone, and, of course, electricity. The roads are being taken care of and soon the paved road will extend all the way into and past town (geez, it is just under two miles) (it isn't getting to Avellanas just yet - sorry guys).
This property is soooo exciting because it has everything that most people want. -running water - check! -primary forest sized trees - check! -all utilities - check! -mixed use - check! -huge building footprint (70%) - check! -no limit to the amount of constructions - check! -tons of wildlife - check! -walking distance to the beach - check! -natural privacy - check! -michelin star restaurant within crawling distance (just in case) - check! -tons more - check!
This will be, without a doubt, a property that will mature into a spectacular investment in the event that you don't use it and just invest in the dirt. It is perfect to have a home separated from your business especially because the property has two separate accesses (an easement on one side and a public road on the other side).
I can tell you from experience, that it just doesn't get better than this.
