Gary Hammond is the Managing Partner at Coldwell Banker Coast to Coast Properties in Playas del Coco, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Since first moving to Costa Rica in 2006, Gary has built a strong connection to the local community and a deep understanding of the real estate market throughout the Papagayo region. Today, he lives in Costa Rica full-time with his wife and two children, giving him both a professional and personal connection to the lifestyle he helps his clients discover.
