Laura Pizarro is the Property Management and Rentals Admin at Coldwell Banker Coast to Coast Properties in the beautiful coastal town of Playas del Coco, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Born and raised in Playas del Coco, Laura has a lifelong connection to the area and a deep appreciation for its ocean, natural beauty, vibrant culture, and close-knit community.

Growing up surrounded by the beaches, landscapes, and traditions of Guanacaste gave Laura a strong love for her hometown and a genuine desire to help others experience everything this region has to offer. She especially enjoys spending time outdoors, being near the beach, and sharing the warmth and charm of the local lifestyle with visitors, homeowners, and clients.

In her role at Coldwell Banker, Laura combines her local knowledge with her commitment to excellent service, assisting with property management and vacation rentals to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both property owners and guests. Her work allows her to support clients while also sharing the beauty, culture, and unique lifestyle of Guanacaste.
