Dan Davies

Dan and Johanna bring complementary perspectives to real estate in Guanacaste, combining business and financial experience with decades of life in the region.

Originally from Canada, Dan is a CPA with extensive experience in corporate management and major mergers and acquisitions. Now based in Guanacaste and founder of Ecoguana Health Store in Playas del Coco, he helps clients understand the business and financial considerations behind their real estate decisions.

Born in Nicaragua, Johanna has called Guanacaste home for more than 35 years. She has lived in Liberia for over three decades, raising her two sons and developing a deep understanding of the local culture and community. She enjoys working with people, spending time in her garden, and sharing her knowledge of everyday life in Guanacaste.

Having managed Ecoguana together, Dan and Johanna bring shared business experience and a personal connection to the community to their work as a real estate team.
